Basically the old management has the shareholders in a hostage situation. Either let them get away with their fraud and theft, or lose what little you have left. This is what I mean about them winning.
They won completely. It's in their own victims best interest to let them get away with it. This was a very well run scam, perfect in almost every way.
I agree old management won, whether or not any investors (I am sure most are gone) comes out winners is still left to be decided.
Just to play devil advocate for a moment.
Without the former management shenanigans would Solar3d be alive today in any form?
Would the future of the company be any brighter than it is today if former management continued only pushing a none functional cell?
If by chance Cargile does turn this company around to become a $10.00 stock would one still consider this whole thing a scam?
One thing IMHO, we will have our answer within the next two 10qs, whether there is truly any future left here.
BTW, personally I do believe Nelson should be in jail.
