Ok, let's try this one. Novastar (symbol nfi)

Market value is $1,068,000,000
Gross profit is $453,000,000
Factor is 2.35 times. I used 2 times before to extrapolate a $5 sp.
The caveat, of course, is that this is a nyse company and is profitable and pays a dividend.

Does anyone else want to try their hand at figuring the value of Amstar and the corresponding sp it should trade at?

We are requesting the Transfer Agent to confirm:
The Issued shares remain at 300,471,362.
The initial stock issued on take over remains restricted.
That there has been 1 only person authorized to issue stock.
