I cannot see NGX being taken over prior to any decisions on KN, too much risk. Prior to KN, there will be a 43-101 report on YD. Putting the two of these elements together, someone will need to pay dearly for NGX post KN news.
What can they take over? There are several out there. If they take someone over in the next 6 months, that in my mind again lessens the likelihood that they in turn will be bought.
