There is a lot of things not quite right with this.. this PR about them first hit beginning of November. Now it is second round of exact same PR. Their website, Facebook, Twitter account all are freshly created as well. For the company who claims to be leader and threats other companies that have been in business for years, you would think they would be around for longer than a month or at least have already one shipment out. LOL. Not really sure how they can put claims like this without any financial reports that show it. Except doesn't seem like they have any..
Anyhow, yes, I think it is Marijuana derived CBD. They say cannabis CBD oil. Also they call it Isolate CBD oil.. so it is pure CBD and not full spectrum extract with all benefits. Huge difference imo
What about seed to shelf tracking ? Tests of plants to ensure consistency of product? Charlotte’s keeps testing their plants randomly to ensure level of THC in their plants. I'm sure CV Sciences farmers in Germany and Holland does it as well so you could use whole plant and have full spectrum with maximum benefits extract.
Again what this company claims to produce is cannabis isolate pure CBD... like Epidiolex .. FDA is not going to like that imo
I'd not worry about them until at least they can actually deliver a product. Find customers.. sell their product.. show revenue numbers. There are expenses attached with delivering/selling/marketing etc.. that they surely forget about lol but hey, they have been in business for a little bit over a month so they have long way to go to learn
