still can't believe why there is not class action lawsuits.
JN was brilliant liar and scammer, without blinking telling that story again and again about the magical 3d cell, even PR about to go market and production line, but what we got? nothing.

RS is coming sooner or later, and then -80% again if not offering right after RS.

OTC to Nasdaq, ever see a company which does RS and Offering at the same day, but knowing JN everything is possible.

Last, JN granted a bonus 600k shares for retirement :)
