When cents by cents to jump up many will be out of shares institutions within short period of time (last 2 weeks of November) loaded 52 million shares in November 2018.. We do not know how many shares they have loaded during December.. I believe a lot.. possible in 2019 we can see 50% of shares will be held by institutions.. they are making future NEXTFLIX..
