Time will tell and court looks like it's still scheduled to be in session tomorrow. The validity of CSHD's ownership of the bonds is THE MAIN thing in question here. Sure, there are some other things, but that's mainly on RPH. What's important for the company and shareholders is court documented validity that the bonds are legit and CSHD CAN, as they did, claim them as part of their asset portfolio."
