Howzie: It had the auditor's opinion but it was simply referred to and not included. The only difference between the last 10-K/A and the first 10-K/A is instead of references, all the info is included.

It was a technicality. They obviously thought referencing was OK, and it wasn't, apparently.

So, they put it directly in the last 10-K/A. Nothing changed. It was and always has been audited. And, nothing from the company stated to date is suggesting that the numbers are incorrect.

The only thing they publicly stated is that others think the numbers are incorrect which, "caused the Company to be subjected to investigations by the Securities and Exchange Commission for filing erroneous financial statements".

Time will tell and court looks like it's still scheduled to be in session tomorrow. The validity of CSHD's ownership of the bonds is THE MAIN thing in question here. Sure, there are some other things, but that's mainly on RPH. What's important for the company and shareholders is court documented validity that the bonds are legit and CSHD CAN, as they did, claim them as part of their asset portfolio.
