I believe IQST will be uplifted to a senior exchange and I also believe the process has already been started. With a market cap over $50,000,000 and share structure close to Nasdaq listing requirements and the talent on the board from MSPC, Etelix and Puresnax we have a great chance of getting there.

What happens when we are there? MSPC should be able to have lots of options for expansion. Especially with a 41% equity stake in IQST. I’m not sure if people even grasp the equity stake here with a company generating tens of millions.

MSPC could sell part of their stake and use cash for expansion. Not my ideal situation. They can use their equity stake in collateral to acquire many companies or lots of cannabis land.
