Non-compliance meaning that no MM was willing so uphold the 15c211 while the company is in federal court over their financials. Too much liability on their part to even bother. They kicked them to the curb. Sort of like an insurance company that cancels a policy for someone arrested for their 5th drunk driving charge. Doesn't matter what the outcome really is, they're done.
