Lmfao Yahoo is not the official repository for stocks.

For OTC ALL news and filings are found on OTC Markets and there is no NHPI news since 2014.

Also what Board of directors lmfao. That was the first red flag it was fake.2nd red flag is that it was not filed on OTC Markets ever as company news so it didnt happen.
