Yeah, right. All big, successful companies wander through pennyland rather than do an IPO, y'know, because it's cheaper. Apple, Amazon, Twitter, they all did that, right? It is way "cheaper" to give all your equity away to those who hold 1.2B shares pre-merger, then sell stock sub-penny to raise capital, than it is to just raise capital. I read it on the internet.
It would be the dumbest business move ever if this CEO really gave his company away to 1.2B bagholders of NHPI's previous business.
