IMO...

MM maintain RSHN pools of shares.
this allows them to short sell and cover each other when a run up occurs.

Very seldom does a naked position remain open.

They avoid run up problems by just buying the upswing and riding it out, then running the tick down as the stock moves to form a base.

They just keep their market (RSHN)
Within preset guidelines to slow down the speculation swings.
