If you mean he does not put forth a false persona, I agree. Many of the Presidents that were good old boys in public were quite different privately.

I knew a man from Arkansas, that was quite affluent. Affluent enough to know Bill Clinton. This was some years back, when Clinton was president. I asked Eugene if Bill was the Good Old Boy that I thought he was. Eugene smiled and said "Boy scouts do not become Presidents".
