If I were you, I would make a list of all your "suggestions" (not criticisms), and send by email to Kory. I think they at NAM are so busy chasing/monitoring the BIG STUFF, they forget about, or don't have time for the little stuff (including earphones, pressed shirts, sleeping, eating...) If you make a suggestion, Kory can hand it off to someone else to get it done for him, and Sean, Meni, etc., while they watch and maintain the critical stuff.
