The buyout math means INUV should be trading at $2.22. That's nearly a DOUBLE from here. And the filing states that the buyout will happen just as soon as they get SEC approval. Only a couple of weeks left to buy shares? Okay, maybe I wouldn't value CPT+INUV at $9. But apparently they have an investment bank all lined up. And why wouldn't someone buy INUV at prices up to $2.22 if they were happy to pay more in the IPO?
