If in fact that is an accurate transcription, anyone in their right mind with a decent comprehension of English will walk away with 2 things:

1. They are doing an IPO on the Nasdaq and

2. They are doing an RM with NHPI.

Where was it said that NHPI IS the company being brought onto the Nasdaq?

Maybe I'm missing something here.
