SC can certainly do an IPO if they want to become a public company that NFUSZ can then buy out.

But not if they want to be merged into an already existing company, from my understanding. The price has already been determined by NFUSZ, remember?

My philosophy is to just be honest and balanced, and let the market decide if it agrees or not.
