expectations for DLA coverage was REALLY high. The SUPIMA announcement and boom of our share price built on both. We had over 80 firms signed up for Semi- conductor marking.

Regulatory body for DoD commercial acquisitions and generating DFARS (Defense Federal Acquisitions Regulation Supplement) came out with regs in early Spring of 2015 a lot of us assumed LOCKED US IN to the ANSWER mode. Went up to 15¢ in May ($9 by today's rate). Doubled down then, ANDD, the regs were toothless. in 2015 DLA was a driving force for our hopes.

So agreeing with you. Supima announcement was just too good to be true. And it was.
