TD doesn’t like many .0001 stocks. It’s not on the Chill list and it used to be when the last P&D was run here in 2017 if I recall correctly.

This time there appears to be a legitimate reverse merger taking place. Time will tell.

You can rest assured of that actually happens a reverse split will be part of it.

The new company isn’t going to give old shareholders hundreds of millions in value for being shareholders of a shell.

A dime makes this a 200 million market cap. The company’s revenue may justify that level but it will happen after the R/S.
