Yes April 15th they held the Press Conference. 8 months later December 14th they announce they had cooperation agreement, and that Nanjing Kejie Analysis Instrument Co LTD will be merging into KRFG. Not sure what you are getting at? You dont believe 8 months is long enough for them to sign a contract and make plans?
