It appears that something has happened with Himatsingka that significantly affects revenues. This triggers a required disclosure as a significant event.

The July sale of Australian cotton was thru Luis Dreyfus and this the disclosed payment schedule of 90, 120 etc days. Remember Hayward went to Himatsingka for better payment terms.
