Congress probably exempts themselves from pay shutdown, as they do for other rules that hurt people.

If congress had to deal with health insurance the way the rest of us do, they would finally take it seriously.

"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence...
