Pinkies are not traded by great financials, revenue, credibility, CEO being a great guy/gal, previous failures etc etc etc. Once the news is out they run, that's how they work. Pinkies are news reliant, it's that simple. News comes, the pump comes, it's that simple. T53 simply alerts before he thinks news is coming. T53 doesn't issue PRs, he alerts at point of maximum opportunity and the individual takes the risk to determine whether they think the stock has a pump in it. In low trips the risk is low, especially on a stock like QEDN with a low O/S / Float.

T53 isnt management, the stock wont move without news. He alerts before the run. It's up to the individual to pick the ALERTS THEY LIKE
