Anyway, I am being somewhat unfair in that I have had, in past but recent years, conversation with a pair of clinical oncologists employed by Merck, either at an AACR or SITC MRK booth meeting. The 2 of them acknowledged then that everyone, including MRK, was still looking for ways to turn a cold tumor into a treatable hot tumor. I will acknowledge that it remains to be seen whether this latest effort we have been discussing will be successful in increasing RRRs. Not much else has.
