HHSE team is finishing final tweaks - anticipate filing today (within OTC Markets Grace Period). Stay Tuned... UPDATE (Friday, Nov. 16, 2:20-pm CST) - Changes have been implemented to certain disclosures within the Q3 report, including balance sheet adjustments required to conform to CPA notes and recommendations. HHSE is informed that the filing of our Q3 by Saturday is likely to still fall within the OTC Grace Period, thus avoiding even a temporary reclassification of our reporting status. These Q3 changes are relevant to our ongoing audit and Form 10 drafting, and were important to address for consistency and GAAP.
