How does one force a cover on a stock which is not DTC eligible and not trading.....aside from that preferreds are only issued as a result of a dividend issued to shareholders of record as of/on Sept 15th 2006.....it is too late to cover for the purpose of obtaining preferred shares! As has been pointed out many times previously by other members of this board.
