Anyone selling NHPI with the merger complete now just awaiting the symbol and name change is crazy. Especially at pennies nickels or dimes. Dogherty has stated he is merging this IPO with NHPI to move to the Nasdaq in 2019. He will be the majority shareholder. Get ready for major PR's in the weeks ahead. Why sell now when you could see dollars in a few months!
