If you have read through all the NHPI DD you know the merger was already done. Watch for the filings to show up anytime ahead then GL finding shares. Once we get the name and symbol change we are at least an .80 cent stock. I am sure we will have small time traders who do not understand what this IPO merger is worth sell way too cheap ahead but the investors who have done our DD know that Dogherty is already planning on dollars and the Nasdaq just ahead in 2019. I think he will have many surprises up his sleeve for this big merger. Most of the investors I know here are locked up over $10.00 for now. Watch in the weeks ahead as everything unfolds and more serious investors take this stock to dollars and more and 2019.
