But.... 1. This is an investment game being played as an OTC BB ploy. The SEC knows this locale to be a sewer and anyone who plays here should know the consequences of the speculation. Seeminly, it is a rare event when the regulators from any jurisdiction step into the sewer to ferret out the rats, much less investigate/indict/prosecute/convict. 2. The Safe Harbor provisions seem to protect investment games. 3. The world is full of goneffs who profit from investment games and theirs is a protected niche.
