dmceng, my view is the Players are managing the current calendar year to where tax attributes can be used at very end of year 2018 and tax attributes used at beginning of New Year 2019.

They are doing this in my view strategically to ensure no large monies are returned at yearend but MAY happen in Jan or Feb 2019.

I do believe that Piers may get paid off in Dec due possible settlement with EC which would allow for an immediate distribution to them.
