CWG, I have no idea how in the world someone who has done as much research as AZCowboy can come up with a claim that WAMPQs were bonds.

This destroys much of what he says and hotmeat has clearly shown beyond any doubt AZC's fallacy in claiming WAMPQs were bonds.

I too have shown along with hotmeat numerous times that there was an Ownership change on 3/19/2012. This is legally referred to as the Effective Date where all of the former Common and Preferred prospectuses were canceled along with ALL associated documents.

No, one CANNOT have part of the prospectuses survive and part canceled by Delaware court or the original owners of the equities who never signed releases would also have title to ownership.

For one to keep claiming otherwise not only loses all credibility but also ALL respect which begs the question...what is one's REAL MOTIVES?
