October 4th, 2016 Salt Lake City UT, Motion Entertainment Group Inc. fka Compass Biotechnologies (OTC: COBI) is pleased to update shareholders regarding the Companys significant progress with its business growth and evolution. In the last two months, the Company has filed a name change with the Nevada Secretary of State to Motion Entertainment Group Inc. and subsequently a corporate action filing with FINRA which is expected to be made effective this week. Simultaneously, the Company has reserved the symbol MEGA with FINRA.

The Company has diligently worked with its partners to complete two new subsidiary agreements, specifically Motion Sound Holdings Inc. and Magic Trix Inc. The binding LOIs have been executed and the Company expects to have these definitive agreements in place within 72 hours. The subsidiaries represent the Companys shift towards the deployment of investments and the realization of growth and revenue within the entertainment sector.

This has been a busy and fruitful period for the Company. I cannot wait to update our Shareholders about the progress that has been made in the past 60 days alone, said Interim President Steven Smith. We have been focused on initiating and realizing real business results, and now we are in a position to publicly announce the details.
