*** COBI DOCUMENT FROM NV SOS NO A/S INCREASE OR R/S ***
I saw the filing at NV SOS for BANGI (COBI) so I ordered the document to make sure there was no a/s increase or r/s in the filing. If they wanted to do either that would have been included in their filing with the state.
The only thing they did was change the name to BANGI and no change to the a/s and NO reverse split.
