Thank you. I got the SEC CIK search link from Google and saw it used on another Ihub board.

The CIK was registered back in 2003. CKYS only changed it's name in April, 2006. Not really "too" long ago, relatively speaking. I'm not sure if they have to re-register to file. I don't even know if it's a big hassle to register. /shrug.
