Politicians could care less, they only spend OPM. Big money tells them what to "see". So, didn't some entity recently plunk down a chunk of change at .20 or betting that it gets to that price?
My old-timer's disease is setting in and I don't pay as much attention to this since my complete exit between .14 and .30. Yes, I now have a speculative stake here but that is all that it is.
