Now, if the Democrats could advance a candidate that fulfills the above, I will vote Democratic.

That will never happen. John Kennedy could not even win a Democrat primary, let alone win the presidency today. And he was as close as one could get to a responsible Democrat. There may be some grownups left in the Democrat Party, but they will never become a Democrat candidate, let alone win the presidency.
