$RXMD (OTCQB) - Audited $22M revenue company (Progressive Care, Inc.) signs Letter of Intent to Purchase Florida Based Pharmacy with $18 million in Annual Revenue. Projected total revenue by Jan 2019 is $40M. They are ready for CBD oil production in January 2019 with two CBD manufacturers that have signed NDA's with Progressive Care as soon as the Farm Bill gets signed into law according to the company's CEO, Ms. Shital Mars during their Q3 investors conference call in November. The company stated they will complete the 3rd year audit of their financials in March 2019 and then they will become fully SEC reporting by the end of March. Their next immediate goal is to get ready for uplisting to the Nasdaq according the CEO.

In this PR, Progressive Care says the target pharmacy will have locations in Orlando and Davie in Florida and has a projected revenue of $18M in 2018.

In this 2017 list of Large Group National Pharmacy Directory from Hometown Health Insurance Company, The only Independent pharmacy that has locations both in Orlando and Davie is Five Star Rx. PharmCo is in this list too. PharmCo is Prgressive Care's wholly owned subsidiary.

As explained in Part 1, Five Star Rx is a wholly owned subsidiary of Family Physicians Rx. Inc.

The Orlando location of Five Star Rx is very interesting. It occupies the same address as a big local medical group called Family Physicians Group, which has 22 locations in Florida with over $250 million revenue and over 500 employees.

The current owner of Family Physicians Rx. is Larry Pizik. He started this company with Indrajit Vyas in 2006. Indrajit is the daughter of Nayana Vyas and Andy Vyas, who are the founder and president of Family Physicians Group, which was incorporated in 1987 in Orlando.

Throughout the years, the Vyas family expanded the group from a single clinic to today's $250M company. Here's a touching story of how Nayana Vyas persevered through all the pains to be so successful today.

On April 10, 2018, Humama acquired all 22 locations of Family Physicians Group.

Now Five Star Rx's Orlando location is actually the same as the Headquarters of this new Humana/Family Physician Group. That's because Family Physicians Group used to have Pharmacy Service before it was acquired by Humana:

Long in short, the founder of Family Physicians Group Nayana Vyas’s daughter started Family Physicians Rx. Inc. with Larry Pizik in 2006. Nayana sold all 22 locations of the Group to Humana in April 2018, but retained their pharmacy service, which they called “preferred pharmacy services (FPRx)". FPRx stands for Family Physicians Rx, Inc. It’s shown on the bottom of this page:

The owners of Family Physicians Rx, Inc, Larry Pizik and Vyas family took over the pharmacy service and put it under Five Star Rx, Inc, which shares the same Orlando address as the Headquarters of Family Physicians Group. Then Five Star Rx (highly likely) will be acquired by Progressive Care in Jan 2019 as already explained in my previous post.

The picture was taken in 2017 before the whole Family Physicians Group was acquried by Humana in April 2018. Its website used to have a link to their Pharmacy Service in the Medical Services section:

Now after the Group was acquired, this link and all related pharmacy service content in the Home Page have been removed:

This is because they did not sell the pharmacy service section to Humana, instead, they put it under Family Physicians Rx, Inc, which is the mother company of Five Star Rx, Inc, which has the exact same address as this location in Orlando.

So if Progressive Care indeed acquired Five Star Rx, then they will have access to all customers at 22 Family Physicians Group locations and Humana customers since FPG is already part of Humana. This is really gigantic growth opportunity for Progressive Care. By the way, Five Star’s former COO, Kunal Vyas is also a family member of the Vyas family. All dots are being connected.
