Can we talk this out a little? I am very confused by all of this currently. It seems to me that Aphria has no apparent reason for wagering its multi billion dollar market share potential for a pay off of a few hundred million among a few of the board members, especially if they are actually committing fraud to do so. Why would they risk jail time to milk a quick pay day out of a sector in which they are currently a strong leader who has some of the best financials and analyst ratings? Could they truly see their business model as a hopeless endeavor that is worth less than a few hundred millions in capital gains???
