Uplisting, bringing on exec's from Diageo, at the beginning of a new industry - for what a few quick millions. An older guy stupidly, openly committing fraud. I give it a 1 in a 100 chance of outright fraud.
How many MJ companies have been attacked by short selling scammers in the past year? Quite a few. How many were actually proven to be frauds with the PPS not recovering?
