I suggested this earlier....

Looks like APHA was scammed by those entities into purchasing the companies in South America and Jamaica, which is why stock will continue to sell off....

Who knows what other acquisitions are similar...but I suspect the two mentioned are not the only ones...

Looks like report appears to be accurate.
