If shares were borrowed short I can't even fathom the borrow fees charged. IB is still $2.00+ per share borrow fee - cash up front.

anyone retail shorting the OTC has sand and noodles for a brain. MMs and licensed brokers, well that's another story they have entirely different access to inventory and trading.
