For the interest of shareholders, the Legal Opinion Letter by which an attorney verifies key elements of management representations in its filings is also underway. It is a requirement of OTC Markets that the attorney comments on material after it is posted on OTC Markets. (The wording of the Legal Opinion Letter references the public filing as being already in place). As the SWHI filings are now posted, the SWHI Legal Opinion Letter will also follow shortly.
