Early onset possibly and certainly too early to claim it as a defense strategy. I see in him a sullenness from having to deal with the rituals of the presidency for which he has no interest in whatsoever. To cope his mind goes to its happy place which makes him seem to be forgetful...lol he simply isn't there.
