The assumption that was a typical bankruptcy was a major miscalculation



It IS a "typical bankruptcy" and the total price for the assets was 44.3 million.

This is a common refrain from investors in bankrupt stocks. "But this stock is different" is never true.

The common stock is worthless. There is no more beyond the $4.3 million. That is it. Common shareholders get nothing, and the stock will be cancelled.
