So I am correct..
Kim may be getting a salary owed to him but is not getting paid as implied.

A sweet deal?
For us maybe but not being paid for working sucks.
We are not suffering through the company diluting to pay a salary.
As for him being owed and interest...
There is nothing in the company worth the million he is owed.
If the company was to fail there is no million with interest to pay kim.
The ONLY way Kim gets his back pay and interest and bonuses and all the other benifit is to succeed.

When he succeeds he will have earned that pay.

And Kim's 300m shares...

Same thing.
They are worthless without success.
They may have a value in the millions at current prices but as you well know he couldnt sell 1/600th of those shares without crashing the pps and might get 20m sold before they were cellarboxed and his whole wad isnt worth $30k.

Then of course there would be the fines and or jail time to pay for securities fraud which he would get busted for.

Kim's 300m shares were not given to him.
30 million were. 2 and a half years later when he forward split them he had that many.
They are his.
When you sell your shares are you doing anything wrong?

Which is better? Kim sells his shares so he can defer salary or Kim increasing the OS every month for payroll and taxes?

I think not diluting for pyroll taxes is a good thing.

His supervoting shares are also worthless.
Ooooo he gets control and he gets to make all the decisions.

I would do that if I was in Kim's place.

Guarantee that in the cutthroat world of international business he cant have his business taken or controlled by others like Elon Musk did just because he smoked a joint in a state where legal.

And not one scrap of it is crooked or deceitful in anyway which is constantly implied.

And yeah I have looked and seen the 10k/q and have seen that kim has a salary and bonus program based on success.

But I have not bothered to add up any cash hes been paid or deferred.
It isnt that important to me to see how much he hasnt gotten
