We have not officially heard that there is no BTD. Please stop pretending you know anything more than anybody else. Yes I know 60 days have passed what don’t I get about that. Well you were wrong about the reasons for P delay when that first happened so maybe you’re wrong again. Ever consider the possibility? Let’s say you end up being right about no BTD. Definitely a possibility. Congratulations.
So you believe that BP will only do deals with companies that have been given BTD for their drugs?
BP takes a look at a drug like B which was given fast track designation after the FDA looked closely at it and will say Pass!
Fast track isn’t good enough we want BTD! BTD or nothing! We don’t care what the FDA will tell you about a phase 3. In fact we’re not even going to wait and see what FDA says at your mid December meeting. PASS!
