I've seen this with too many small cap companies, when they have the money, they don't have the urgency. And once it gets urgent, they can't get any more money. Odidi was suppose to be able to develop generics that few others could, yet we now see that many others can do it. He is a cook in a kitchen and needs a chef to tell him what to make.
