I believe, at the Shareholders meeting they will announce, they closed the Joint Venture with Knud & Jepsen Denmark from June of 2018 OR decided it wasn't going to work. 2)a Beverage deal with Cott, ( my pick ) or another Major.or dispelling some of the negative press they have received about Hamilton and Valleyfield. I'm not a fan of the Spin Off at this time,, I believe they have enough on their plate without doing another stock and warrant deal JMO.
