if you think it cannot possibly get back to .0039, then you should sell now clearly you think it is going lower. So it is crazy not to sell when you think it is going lower. I think it will go up eventually so I am stying in. do what you think you should but if you hold on no matter what you say you think it will go up in time or you are not investing wisely.
